EXCHANGE AND REPAIRS POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, you may exchange it for any item in our store of equal value. Cash/Credit Card refunds will not be given. Any merchandise exchanges need to take place within 10 days from the original shipping date. All returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice with your returned merchandise. The bleu beetle co. will not accept any returned items for exchange that are damaged, worn or altered in any way. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless there was a mistake made on behalf of the bleu beetle co. with your order or if the item(s) was damaged during shipping. If there is a mistake with your order or your items were damaged in shipping, please contact us promptly. The bleu beetle co. will not be responsible for returns lost in the mail.

ABOUT OUR MERCHANDISE: All of our merchandise is handmade. Please note that suede and leather are natural products and may stretch with wear and that semi-precious gems are products of nature and may vary slightly in color from one another.
All necklaces, chokers and waistlettes are adjustable up to approximately an inch and a half. Therefore, a 26 inch waistlette will adjust to approximately 27 ½ inches.
For your convenience, the standard size of our pieces are as follows:

    Necklaces:  14 inches
    Chokers: 12 ½ inches
    Waistlettes:
    Small – 26 inches
    Medium – 28 inches
    Large – 30 inches
    Anklets:
    Small – 8 inches
    Medium – 9 inches
    Large – 10 inches
    Bracelets: 7 inches

COLOR: We have made every effort to accurately represent the appearance and color of our merchandise. However, the color and clarity of the photos may vary depending upon your computer’s settings. Therefore, the bleu beetle co. cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of our merchandise will be accurate.
MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY: In the event that an item is out of stock, we will make every effort to re-stock the item within two weeks. 
SHIPPING & HANDLING: All merchandise will be shipped Fed-Ex ground transportation within two weeks of purchase and payment confirmation. Fed-Ex ground transportation takes 3-5 days.  You will also receive an e-mail confirmation from the bleu beetle co. upon shipment of your merchandise.  The shipping and handling fee is non-refundable unless a mistake was made in your order by the bleu beetle co.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a shipping charge of $5 on each order up to $500. Orders over $500 will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
